Our Unbeatable compensation plan is a Forced 2x 2 and 2 x 5 Matrix marketing System, where every member is required to refer 2 members each, every additional sign ups (referrals) will cause a spill over making the matrix to fill faster.

With our innovative marketing plan, members earn in 5 different stages and as they progress from stage to stage they earn and get life changing rewards. Sponsorship bonus of 20% is paid to members, that is to say $8 is paid to anyone who refers another. Members can refer as many new members as they can, by so doing they earn more money and it also help to cause a spill over in their network.

This compensation plan consist of 5 stages of payment, stage one is a 2 x 2 matrix, stage 2,3, 4 is 2 x 5 matrix and lastly stage 5 is another 2 x 2.

Stage 1 - Associate

The stage 1 (Associate stage) is a 2 x 2 Matrix made up of 2 levels comprising a total of 6 people. All you have to do is refer 2 people (level 1) or better still 6 people (level 2) and you qualify to the next stage with the following earnings and incentives.

Earnings and Incentives

• Level 1 Referral Bonus earned by referring 2 people: $8 x2 people = $16
• Level 2 Referral Bonus earned by referring a total of 6 people = $8 x 6 = $48
• Matrix Bonus for completing the Associate Level = $10
• Total amount earned from First Level (ASSOCIATE LEVEL) = $58 (i.e. $48 + 10)
  
  Stage 2 - Masters:

The second stage (Master) is made up of 2X5 Matrix made up of 5 levels comprising of a total of 62 people

• Level Money earned – Nil
• Level Money earned – $100
• Level Money earned – $200
• Level Money earned – $300
• Level Money earned – $400

Total Money earned = $1,000

BONUS: In addition once you have finished this stage (Masters Stage), you are given the following

A phone with a CUG line

10% matching bonus to up liner, ( meaning that 10% of whatever your down line makes as regards to referrals and bonus is paid to you , this is called the Matching Bonus.

Please Note: You have to finish the Stage 2 or Masters stage to progress to the Stage 3 Matrix (Super Masters Stage) to get all the incentives and bonuses. For you to move to the next stage, your 2 initial or 6 initial down lines from the previous stage (associate stage) must qualify into the Stage 2, this would automatically take you to stage 3 ( Super Master’s Stage).

Stage 3 – Super Masters Stage

The Stage 3 (Super Master) is a 2X5 Matrix made up of 5 levels comprising of a total of 62 people

• Level Money earned – $200
• Level Money earned – $300
• Level Money earned – $500
• Level Money earned – $500
• Level Money earned – $1500

Total Money earned = $3,000

BONUS: In addition once you have finished this stage (Super Masters Stage), you are given the following:

Brand New Car (Hyundai) worth $15,000

Enrollment in Trade and Skill Acquisition programme of your choice

Empowerment of 2 people recommended by you ($1000 given to each person = $2,000)

5% Matching bonus to uplink = $100

Please Note: You have to finish the Stage 3 (Super Masters stage) to progress to the Stage 4 (Minister’s Stage) to get all the incentives and bonuses. For this to happen, all your 62 down lines from the previous Stage 2 (Master’s stage) must qualify into the Stage 3 (Super Master’s Stage) and this would automatically take you to Stage 4 ( Minister’s Stage).

Stage 4- Minister Stage:

This is the fourth stage (Super Master), a 2X5 Matrix made up of 5 levels comprising of a total of 62 people

• Level Money earned -$300
• Level Money earned – $300
• Level Money earned – $500
• Level Money earned – $900
• Level Money earned – $4000

Total Money earned = $6,000

BONUS: In addition once you have finished this stage (Minister Stage), you are given the following:
